Bring your tank monitoring up to the cutting edge of marine technology! The digital KUS NMEA 2000 Immersion Tube Transmitter Model NS5 completely eliminates error-prone analog resistors (ohm signals). Thanks to the integrated CAN bus microprocessor in the sensor head, this sensor transmits level data completely digitally and without loss directly to your existing NMEA 2000 network. Perfectly suited for gasoline, diesel, fresh water, or gray water tanks on modern boats and yachts.

The proven, maintenance-free reed contact technology inside the stainless steel tube ensures an absolutely stable, uninterrupted signal on your chartplotter or multifunction display—completely unaffected by fuel movement (sloshing) during rough sailing.

📐 Measurement Instructions & Fit for Model NS5:

For the NS5 model, measure the required order length from the bottom of the mounting flange to the end of the tube. To prevent the sensor from hitting the bottom of the tank due to material expansion, please follow this rule of thumb:

Inner clear tank height minus 10 mm to 15 mm = your ideal sensor length.
Mounting: The sensor features an integrated, international SAE 5-hole flange (54 mm bolt circle). It is screwed directly onto the tank from above.
